Yes.  You are so right, but I have to think this has to be affecting the air quality, but I keep seeing pics of people walking near these flows.  I was wondering if they might need to have a mask on.  What a tragedy on the loss of their homes.

This is just horrible and yet no one - like FEMA - seems to be doing anything to help them.I have read a few articles about this and , as yet, have not seen anything about any government agency being there on the scene. Anyone?
