One of my longtime friends where I live played piano with Springteen in New Jersey as a young man. 

He was invited to join a reunion tour about 10 years ago, bringing his step-son along--they had fun!  Gone for four months--thought they would never come back!

One day my sister and I were at my Aunt's house and her next door neighbor popped in. 

Somehow, we were on the subject of Rod Stewart saying how crazy we were about him. 

This neighbor just looked at us shocked and wide eyed and finally sputtered out: "You like that pineapple head?"

I think that Bruce and Patti Scialfa are blessed to have each other. She is extremely talented, and has been with the band since 1984.
