they were trying......and she would not let THEM get a word in edgewise.....in particular, one hot topic subject she pretty much avoided. there IS a reason why she is so far down on the polls.
I've noticed that she is very good at that.

Also the major entertainment shows like E news, Extra, entertainment Tonight shown the story. I just saw Star Jones talking about it on CNN. my point is you don't have to watch the show to see video of Whoopi and Michele? Making fools of themselves. Kind of knocks that argument that we complain about the view yet we watch. Doesn't hold water....
it DOES help to watch the show if you want to see how the candidates react to questioning and scrutiny.....and it definitely helps to watch the entire segment to see just who said what and why...... i dont necessarily consider this an "entertainment" story, especially when someone is running for president and wants to get their views out there.

Good.

The only reason I still watch The View is because of Whoopi. If she's not on, the show is really bland. The others just don't have the charisma that she does.

I'm sure the Producers of the View are happy about all of this free publicity.

controversy always brings with it a lot of attention.......for a talk show AND for a political candidate.

I think this time, I have to give The View a break. The woman came on the show just to get her talking points heard, not because she felt she was wronged in her previous visit. She came talking a mile a minute withou letting anyone really respond more than a second. This lady talks like a memorized book. Even when given logical answers, she won't change her speech. It's as if she has it memorized one way and she's afraid to go left or right of her point. She can't go beyond the surface of her points.

I haven't watched in years (well, just channeling through to somewhere else). As I recall, at the time, it became a bit too p*litical (for me). I enjoy Kathie Lee and Hoda (although not a talk show/panel), Steve Harvey Show, etc. I don't have any of those Fox or whatever channels, so I'm fairly non-agitated on a regular basis, lol.

From what I can see The View lost three, maybe five, sponsors back in September after the nurse flap. Not sure what prompted the OP today.
