I had a question about returning an electronic item and she helped me decide which way to return it.

I sent it back at USPS because QVC can track it as well as myself.

Her response was quick and helpful. I have my receipt from USPS as well as I made a copy of the Return shipping label if needed before I returned it. The receipt reflects the Smartlabel return number being shipped back also. I have never had a problem when returning with Smartlabel returns.

I rarely need to reach out to CS but it was a good experience and wanted to post here.

Thank Kim for making a long standing customer happy.

It's so nice when posters acknowledge a good CS interaction, so many only post their complaints about an interaction with CS!
