Speaking of the prom - tell us about your dress.

Mine was the dress i wore in my oldest brother's wedding. The top was a jacquard fabric - empire waist - scoop neck in front and scooped too low to wear a bra in the back. The bra was sewn into the dress. The skirt was crepe -a line.The dress was gold in color and I hated that but , hey, it was kinda cute and it was free, and i was only going with a friend - not a boyfriend.The great thing was my date was tall so I got my first pair of killer heels. It was 1966.
