Speaking of email addys

I used my "real" email addy for something (I have no idea what site is the guilty party) and I'm now being slammed with spam......advertisements about stuff......any kind of stuff....nothing "X" rated......but, about 20-30 emails daily, that I'm not interested in. It's getting really obnoxious.

How do I stop this?
