I am IN LOVE with my new phone..........I had the Galaxy 4.......and have switched to the new Galaxy Note.........OMG, I love this phone...........when I would go to a customer's house to do a measure, I would have my iPad, I would have a tape measure, a camera and maybe a note pad..........NOT ANYMORE......I walk it with my phone and that's it..............the Note has an app where all I have to do is take a picture of the wall and I can get the measurement........the camera on the phone I can pinch the image to push it out further or pinch it to bring it closer THEN take the photo and that is what is captured........different apps to take notes, the camera.........scanner app.........it's a mini office...........I LOVE THIS THING................................................raven

That sounds really neat. Such a time saver and probably much more accurate.

LOL............well they weren't with luggin all that stuff around LOL........AND I can't count the number of tape measures I have gone through LOL...........not anymore.............................raven

It's really cool and the best thing is...........you never forget anything.....get to a house and find you don't have a tape measure.........OR......can't find the house, you use the GPS and bam you're not lost anymore.......it's all in the phone....................................raven

I was kind of a late bloomer, in accepting new tech devices. I've come around, now that I see how easier they make everyday tasks for me. Glad you love your new smart phone!

BBR......i still have my ORIGINAL NOTE, but i love it so much that i will definitely be getting a NOTE again when mine begins to fail. glad to hear it is working well for you! i call it my phabulous phablet! LOL

the only thing it doesnt seem to do is make dinner and clean the house. LOL

LOL I gave my Galaxy 4 to my hubs because he needed a "personal" phone instead of us using the company cell when he's out of town...........his company cell is a flip phone because that's about all he can handle ROFL...........OMG trying to teach him how to use a smart phone is almost impossible..........................................raven
