I love hearing a morning dove, the sound of a train, that reminds me of indiana.

I can't believe living in Indiana you didn't mention geese flying over - the honking just melts my heart and watching the V stream across the sky!

As others have said, the ocean.  I also like the far away sound of people in the hospital at night.  Always Barry White.----------tedEbear

coyotes--I know. Weird, but the sounds they make fascinate me

The Beatles on the radio. I always smile when I hear them

One of my favorite sounds is my DH snoring beside me. For years he travelled and I slept alone 4 to 5 nights a week. Now we are retired I no longer sleep alone.

The rain

The whooshing of the wind through the trees

Cats purring

My dog running around making noise like a galloping horse

And, when I come home, those little scuffling sounds or door scratches that mean my dog is right there on the other side of the door (she rarely barks but I like the barking, too, because it means she's THERE)

The phone ringing when it turns out to be someone I like calling (otherwise I could do without phones ringing)

The theme music from Downton Abbey
