Oh, what could be cuter!  Little otter briskly shaking off water, getting a good toweling off by his human, playing and snuggling with his tiny orange traffic cone toy.... oh my goodness.

We have otters at the lake where I stay in the summer.They are cute but mean.Once someone was bitten as they dove in for a swim.

Anything that can gnaw on a fish as in the above video would be one I would avoid no matter how cute!
