People had this same reaction when Kathy Levine left. She "was" QVC, she was the "queen of QVC, QVC wouldn't survive without her, blah, blah, blah.

QVC has been fine without Kathy and they'll be fine without Lisa. Life goes on.

I have to admit I feel the same way. There are hosst like MaryBeth and Leah whom I like a lot...but this is the biggest loss to QVC...ever. I thought I was upset when Lisa Mason left but I feel this loss much more. When Lisa M. left I knew QVC still had Lisa R. and to compound it...so soon after the loss of Joan and the Representative for Kenneth Jay Lane. All the new hosts do their jobs but just are not as knowledgeable and graceful as Lisa R. Alberti will never be a replacement for Lisa. JMO

Didn't say replacement. I said he is the closest to filling Lisa's shoes. IMO the other hosts have been there too long or are horrible to watch.

Lisa is my favorite host and I am very sad to hear that she is leaving.

Of course QVC will be fine that is not an isssue for me it is just that I liked her shows.

I'm excited to see who will be given the chance to go to Italy or maybe QVC will contract Lisa to continue doing those shows. Whatever they decide I'm sure it will work. It always does, people come and go, it is what it is.

I like Lisa but really don't watch enough to be distressed by her absence.

I think Sandra Bennett is lovely, well prepared and as elegant. I love Jill - always have.

QVC will be fine. I wish Lisa good luck.

That's what everyone thought when Kathy Levine left but then Lisa stepped up and became the new Queen of the Q. I don't even watch anymore but I have no doubt that someone will fall into that role.

Maybe she got tired of dealing with all the stalkers. I don't blame her for leaving but she is my favorite host.
