OP, what is "hard" about your life? You are in charge of your own life you know. If you walk around being sad all of the time you need to change things. I got a grip on my life choices several years ago and I live every single day now very happy and content. I was very unhappy with my weight so I lost 70 lbs and exercise every day to keep it off. I look at life happily instead of grumbling about everything beyond my control. OP, please seek someone to talk to. You will be so much more centent. JMO

I can relate to the age thing...........I turned 70 last month and it was the first birthday that really bothered me simply because of  the reality of life ending be it for me or friends/family members.

Jesus also taught in verbs. God gave people the gifts of empathy, compassion, love, joy, charity, forgiveness, etc. We need to use them.

Sometimes i just really need some one to care, life can be difficult for some,  look around and discover how bad it can get,count your self lucky.

@monicakm   Yes, I can relate, sometimes it seems overwhelming with health, financial and other issues.

Just keep on moving forward, one day at a time.  Each day is a new opportunity to have a great day, spread some kindness around and improve whatever situation we find ourselves in. 

I try to find something to compliment a stranger on every day, and it seems to make their day and many times they seem so surprised that someone is acknowledging them.
