...and would love to have back:
I would love to have my roller skates and case with my name on it my Dad gave when I was young.
That gift was so special to me with great sentimental value and can't believe I let them go.

We lost our two dogs in 2023 within 51 days of each other. One was expected; one was not. I thought I would die from the grief. I swore I never wanted to volunteer for that kind of pain again, so we donated thousands of dollars worth of dog stuff. And if you have dogs, you know what I mean! Multiple beds, food, ramps, dog bowls, medication, clothing, blankets, supplements, washable pee pads, toys, furniture covers, etc.
Well, guess what? Almost two years later, and my husband and I have started talking about possibly adding another pup to our family. But then we think about how much stuff we'd have to buy to start from scratch all over again plus think about the expense of everything including vet care, how tied down we were, etc., and we talk ourselves out of it. BUT...if we still had all the dog stuff, I know what would be coming sooner rather than later. lol

@Mersha Just a few Jordache and CK jeans from the 80's. I kept them til about 10 years ago.
When purging one year when I was at my highest weight/size (2X/3X). I decided it was a fantasy to keep them expecting that 'someday' I'd fit into them again.
Welp, after losing all the weight and reaching my goal weight...now a size 4/6 - XS/S (depending on the brand/garment), I wish I had the vintage jeans to wear again.
As for anything else, I have no regrets having purged.

My 45s. We have almost 500 LPs and a turntable. That little stack of 45 had some good music!

In the few years of watching QVC I returned two items that I'd like back to this day:
-- a 14k garnet tennis bracelet with tightly spaced small garnet squares and
-- a heavy gold pendant from Beverly Hills Gold that I think was a sample. I'd ordered a few of thsa compay's products and they were nice but delicate and light weight. This pendant was solid and heavy.
My finances were tight back then. I guess I thought I couldn't afford the pieces. I've looked for the bracelet but I think the company went out of business. I saw similar bracelets on eBay but they weren't that one.
I have enough bracelets and pendants now but I still remember those two!
