So I was in the drivethrough line at Starbucks, where I had ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches for lunch, which I often do.  When I got to the window to pay for my sandwich, the barista at the window said, "the car in front of you just paid for your order too."   

Whaaaat?  I couldn't believe it!  

(well, in that case, I'll also have your largest sized mocha frappuccino, a bagel, an orange juice, a brownie......  just kidding)

That was so incredibly nice!  The car had driven off by that time so I couldn't even wave to thank the person.  That sure did make my day, which no doubt was the intent.  The kindness of strangers.....

That was a nice thing to do.  I'm sure it put a smile on your face.  Some times it's just the simplest things that can brighten our day.

That is awesome! I This happened to me a few years back. I paid for the car behind me. It really is a cool feeling.

I think people forget that being the giver is usually more rewarding than receiving it! I know I feel that way! I'm so happy the person did that. I want to keep Rasks in the limelight! It's kind of like having a Secret Santa all year long! Congrats to all who continue this custom!

I've had that happen three times at Starbucks in the past year.  It us a good feeling.
