There was an open house near our house a couple weeks ago and we decided to go ahead and walk through it. The home owner, a lady probably in her late 50's was running around stalking and harassing would be buyers. One couple talked of tearing down the really old wallpaper in the dinning room and painting and she said, "oh no your not!" and shooed them out the door. She did this to every person who even mentioned slight changes.
I was shocked she was allowed to be there. When my parents were viewing house even at open houses the home owners were never there. Secondly don't people understand that its not their house anymore once they sell it? I get that the homeowners probably put alot of work into the house but once you sell it ITS NOT YOURS!!! I don't get it. Either accept that or don't move.
