Social Security....

I will be 65 in January. I know that I have to apply for Medicare soon. But, as I'm still working full time, I was wondering if I can apply for Soc. Sec. now, too. I may or may not be working full-time by the time I am 65. My actual FULL retirement age for full payment is 66. TIA!!
