Social Security Disability Question

Has anybody been thru a update/review process before? I discovered yesterday in a pile of our mail that I had a letter with a few question for a update. It was simple questions like has my condtioned worsened, improved or remained the same between June 2009 till now. Had I been hospitalized. there were only 6 questions.

What is the likelyhood that they stop with just these questions or will they do a full medical review. How often do they decide to discontinue disabilty checks?

I have 30 days to fill it out and looks like it had been laying around here for 2 weeks. geeesh

But I have it filled out.

just curious what others have experienced.
