It should be easy to set up. They go back to the beginning of your employment.

I discovered the Hormel Compleats when DH moved to a new office in a building here the kitchen was being remodeled. He bought a micro to put in his own office so ohe could heat them up and had no fridge. He enjoyed having something he didn't have to worry about keeping frozen/cold. They aren't the best quick meal ever, but what a great idea for an emergency situation.
