Off the top of my head, I dont remember any guy who I ever found more attractive when he was wearing Speedos.
But that could be just me?

He's nice to his wife, though.

Do you know what it does to people when you body shame? I do.
I've lost 80 pounds. I remember the countless nasty comments, ridicule, and body shaming. It changes a person and takes a huge toll that doesn't go away when weight is lost.
I'd happily take an out of shape or heavy-set man with a good heart/fun energy over someone who shames him for his size.
Body shaming reflects on you and it's not a good look.
For myself I would not care how great shape that clod would be. I hate Speedos on men and his daughter was embarrassed with him walking around in it at home and out in public. She cringed and that alone was offensive about that commercial.
The dad and mom missed a great opportunity to educate their daughter on kindness and diversity.

@stevieb wrote:'Correct' or not, I can't get past that plus size man wearing the red bikini advertising one pharmaceutical or another. Really, not something I want to see nor do I think it's helping to market their drug. Representative, inclusive or not, I guess I preferred the old days when models were fit and attractive.
I wouldn't call him plus size. He's somewhat overweight and out of shape and the commercial is tongue-in-cheek. I just don't like body shaming of anyone.
@CalminHeart - I don't like body shaming either. Who wants to see that?
Who wants to see what? Who wants to see body shaming or a body like that man's? If it's about the man, then you just body shamed.
@CalminHeart - I never body shame. NEVER. My "who wants to see that" comment was directed at the poster who did the body shaming. That poster said "who wants to see that" about the man's body. I find body shaming worse than the person with the weight issue. That is what I don't want to see. The shaming.
Thank you for clarifying. I agree with you.

Kindness? Diversity? He can do that with some clothes on not dressed in a Speedo. She was embarrassed by his lack of clothing.🥺

All these posting days later, and maybe 30 views of this commercial on TV, I can't tell you what the ad is for. Therefore I think it is a failure. The plump girl singing in the teal outfit that changes to the yellow and orange outfit is for Jardiance. Why do I remember that one? the catchy jingle and her smile.

I remember it because a side effect is ketoacidosis which nearly killed me. It is a very serious side effect and as a Type 1 diabetic, I can't understand how this drug ever hit the marketplace.😳 The attempt to make it seem like that drug helps the model to dance around in total bliss just fell flat with me.

No worries, some well intentioned someone is sure to come along holding forth and if not the media such as it is, will be sure to chime in... Besides, a man puts on a Speedo and he gets what he gets...
