So, which is the better way to say it?

Y'all know I have problems with expressing myself from time to time. Things don't come out sounding right, because of the way I say it. Like now. LOL! I would like for my friends here, to help me out with this saying, and tell me which one says it best, please.

1. You heard me, but you didn't listen.

2. You listen, but you don't hear.

Which one makes the point better?
