So the NYT Now Owns and Runs Wordle!

Last night when I played everything was fine in Wordle land. This afternoon my game was gone, and the New York Times stamp was on the page.

It took me a while, but I was able to pull up my statistics. I hope they don't change that!  Smiley Wink

@Mz iMac - The whole thing wasn't gone, just the game I played last night. Usually I can see the game I played until I go to play a new one.  I think they said it will be free for current players, but they insinuated future players might have to pay to join.  Smiley Frustrated

My daughter had told me to bookmark it. So far it's there. I'll see in the morning.

@beach-mom

The NYT is aware and is fixing the glitch that removed players' records.

They just reported this on their Twitter page.

You might want to check out Word Master. Just like Wordle, totally free, and not limited to one a day.

(Although the limitation is kind of a challenge of its own.)

I just played this morning. As I said before I had bookmarked it.

Same here.  I looked at that Tues. morning this week after hearing about it for the first time and just shook my head and moved on.  I love a good word search or crossword but I do not care for this game at all.
