Rufus will not be put down. The bad news is, Orange County in Florida is a kill shelter and puts down over 10,000 animals a year, solely because they have no home. People fail to take responsibility for them: not neutered, not fed, abused, neglected. I know there are good homes out there; please go save a life, just one.
