Amazing, Amazing, Weird  Complaining women on the board  have real issues. So what if someone posts something you don't like?  I see nothing in the rules that say you must be pleased with everything here all of the time.

There ARE no "Amazon trolls" in the sense that the OP contends. There are trolls who happened to choose to post Amazon spam this time.  Next time (there will be a next time) it could be Toys r US or whatever the troll feels like. Or maybe the troll just likes Amazon. But Amazon the company has nothing to do with the troll. There would be no need and no point, and Amazon is FAR more professional than to even consider trolling.

@shoekitty, the lobster sounds fabulous. I adore lobster!  I have just polished off a bottle of Chandon bubbly (yes me, whole bottle, lol). Nibbled on popcorn, finished off a Thai curry, and have plenty of sweet dessert on offer if I decide in that direction.  Home alone (me and Mackauley Culkin) but not for long. I retire in 30 days and move in 60 days :-)

I am a Prime member, and I have mentioned here that it is wise to check name brand products on Amazon to comparison shop before purchasing on the Q.  I am not a troll. I am just a consumer.   Sometimes Amazon is higher, and sometimes the Q is higher, so it just depends.  I continue to purchase on the Q, and I now rarely have to return things because I know what I like, etc.  I am less apt to make the impulse purchases.

I'll keep my Prime membership no matter what. Between the free Kindle First books, Kindle Lending Library, Prime Music, Prime Videos, and free shipping, it's a bargain. I pay half of what I pay for Prime for a yearly membership to just walk in the door of a warehouse chain, and they don't give me anything else.

There's talk now that Amazon is negotiating with multiple cable channels to live stream their channels to Prime customers. If they get the right mix of channels, a lot of us could cancel our cable subscriptions making Prime an even bigger bargain. Just the free shipping is great, but all the rest makes it nearly unbeatable.
