I had this happen to me once before and was told that sometimes the order goes directly to the vendor company instead of QVC.  If that is the case, sometimes it cannot be cancelled and when received, either keep it or return.  This especially happens with computers.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

I ACTUALLY RETURNED IT THE NEXT DAY! AFTER I REC'D IT!- TOOK DIRECTLY TO THE POST OFFICE! AND HERE'S THE KICKER- i MAILED IT BACK MARCH 1- AND THE Q JUST EMAILED ME TODAY THAT IT'S ON IT'S WAY BACK! WHERE'S IT BEEN ALL THIS TIME???? THIS WORRIES ME- IF --AS I MENTIONED BEFORE--- THE POST OFFICE LOST THE PACKAGE (IT DOES HAPPEN!)-- THEN WHAT? THEY'LL STILL WANT ME TO PAY FOR IT??? Arggghhhhhhh--- call me -- "FORMER QVC CUSTOMER!!"

You read that wrong- I immediately tried to cancel- and for days afterwards tried different ways- phone email, online. I too, have been a customer for 20+ years- and have watched it go downhill in Customer Service as well as Products- So many vendors have dropped off  it's ridiculous! If you even try "calling"  there are times you get so sick of waiting for a "representative you could do 2 loads of laundry!. I'm done.Lifetime warranty? forget it! I don't know how they can claim that when they don't "do" open stock-- ie their pots and pans- they'll give you a few dollars ( not what you paid) --if you want to pay the return postage- but no- that is NOT lifetime warranty. I hadn't purchased from them in a while- didn't find anything all that interesting and much that was defective or bad reviews etc. 

Now I know why.
