I think their s&h charges are higher than QVC's but not really high.  I have no complaints.  I've never been a flex pay person but Evine has 6 Easy Pays on everything several times a week, if not more.  I do use that.  I had a huge problems with returns back when they were ShopNbc, I stopped buying from them for years.  And then I took a chance on Evine and it's been a good experience.  I like their Saturday morning Fashion show more than AMS now because it's all clothing, no skincare and makeup.    I recently bought myself an Invicita watch that was on clearance when they were having a big Invicita extravaganza.  It might have been a mistake but I got a gorgeous lavender Invicta watch for $24.99; the orinial price was around $300.  And it was on 6 Easy Pays.
