Hello,

I too ordered because of all Snoopy did when presented with David Venable.

Mine too arrived with NO batteries and Mr Venable stated several times included batterues.

guess will go back

Mine dances and moves across the floor. He is precious. They totally lied about coming with batteries though.

I didn't watch presentation but product description says 3 AA batteries NOT included. If yours doesn't work after you put batteries in then it must be defective. Or maybe there is an on/off switch somewhere? It looks real cute- sorry to hear it's not working.

I just read the reviews- apparently the item description was changed recently. Reviewers are saying it said batteries were included. Also numerous complaints that, as you said, David stated repeatedly batteries were included. I think you should get a full refund- and not be charged for return shipping.
