Re: Sleep on it….i would rather not

I never order anything from random pop-up ads, or answer unknown phone numbers. What do you mean by "different" websites? You should only shop with established vendors.

We, the consumers, are responsible to be savvy about potential scams.

There are many criminals out there--no need for us to make it easy.

Actually, I have some silk pillowcases and they are wonderful, but a bit thin, and could wear out quickly.

You can buy high thread count cotton pillow cases with a similar feeling.

I hope all turns out okay with your credit card.

Silk pillowcases have gone in and out of style many times. I remember trying and hating them back in the early 70s.

@FancyPhillyshopper

Website wasn't a vendor, it was Words with Friends that always has several short video ads that can be used to view for free additional moves to complete a challenge.  This particular ad had been on months back rather frequently and it began another cycle.

A previous vendor featured on the ads was great to work with: had excellent customer service, no timing clocks and the opportunity to verify my order.  Prompt response for any ? Or issue.

The only draw for me with the pillowcase was the temperature control.  So, I will find another resource for that.

Re: Sleep on it….i would rather not

I have a love-hate relationship with Instagram vendors.  It's about 50/50 in items being good or trash.  But I think I'm done with it.

I just spent way too much time with Sephora's on line chat trying to get a return label for some Urban Decay (not) water proof  eye liners.  The rep wouldn't accept the fact that it's not Sept 29 yet...the cut off date for the return (sigh).  First bad experience with CS.
