E news is reporting that Cody divorced Mary and married Robin. I thought he was already divorced from Mary.

There was a thread about this the other day. They were talking about something - insurance, maybe? - that they can't get because he's not legally married to Robin. Makes sense to legally marry the one who seems to need the most help financially and divorce the one whose child is off on her own. It's just kind of a jumbled mess to me, really. So complicated in so many ways.
