All singers have a song which touches someone or many.  Johnny Nash's song, I Can See Clearly Now did just that, it gave hope and promise.  Be with God, John, your song will live on!!

I always thought this was Jimmy Cliff's song!  The versions are so similar and the vocals sound so much alike.  I love that Jimmy Cliff didn't change the instrumental sound in his.  I loved the movie "Cool Runnings" that featured this song in the early 90's.  

This song makes me happy and sad at the same time.  Wistful I guess.
