[Buck-i-Nana]

Yesterday (Thursday) was Dusty's first day of freedom in the house. She's totally fearless and so funny. She walked straight up to my 100 pound lab/gr dane and sniffed him and then reared up in the great grisley pose to show him who the boss is! She also wasn't put off by the hissing from my 2 orange tabbies, and by mid day she and the younger of my tabbies were chasing and playing.

I went in to my bathroom last night just as Dusty was walking on the edge of the tub and crouching between the curtain and the liner. I talked to her and tapped my fingers on the tub, but she stayed put and quiet. My young orange tabby came walking in, as he always does when I'm in the bathroom and in a split second POUNCE - Dusty got him, he jumped and the two of them went tearing out of the bathroom. It was perfect and I laughed so hard. Looks like she's the perfect fit for my little zoo!!
