Yesterday when I tried to sign in a message appeared in red telling me I would need to pick a password & answer a security question. Never did get signed in because something about my password was a problem. Today I was able to sign in with my e-mail & 4 digit number. What's going on?

Purrmom, they asked me a couple of weeks ago to change from the four digit to a password. I think (for security reasons), it's a better idea. However, if you have a concern, call customer service. You still have to use your 4 digit number if you order items over the phone but I still have to use my password if I want to post on the forums or order anything on line.

I understand the security part, but what I'm saying is the information was asked for yesterday but not today. I only had to use my 4 digit number today.
