I am making shrimp scampi tonight and need ideas as to what to make with it.

Help!!!!! Something easy......

Serve it with linguine or angel hair pasta. Yum. You could make a salad or roasted veggies which would pair nicely with the shrimp. Enjoy your dinner!

I like to serve garlic bread to soak up the tasty sauce.

i like it served with basmati rice......and a nice green salad on the side with lots of vegetables in it.

i wouldnt say no to some garlic bread also.

P.S. I bought the red-leaf lettuce and am loving it. Especially on hamburgers. It looks so pretty and holds up great in the green bags. I LOVE those green bags. The lettuce stays crisp like forever......

Had the scampi for dinner last night with rice and asparagus. In the winter, we have it with small pasta shells and marinara sauce.
