Show host's and Facebook

I was looking at a few of the host's Facebook pages and I see a LOT of admiration from fans but I never see a response from the host. Has anyone ever had a real conversation on facebook with a show host? Just curious since some of the messages are really personal.

It is too hard to reply to thousands of people. If they are working 8 to 10 hour shifts, the last thing they'd want to do is sit and answer questions on face book. They post what they want and we can read it and enjoy it or bypass it. Makes sense to me.

I'm sure their FB page is managed by some staff person, my life isn't half as busy as their lives must be and I don't have the time to maintain a strong FB presence. So, I know they don't! They do some oversight, approve the pictures that go up, skim through every now and then. They aren't actually responding.
