Shout out to Customer Service agent Y. My return was found and refund issued. Yay. I wish I could say her name. Very good customer service from the first CSagent last week and from the agent Y that credited my account as my box was show up it up in the system...finally..and was on its way to Q. Thank you Q. This is the Q I've always known and loved. Don't know what was the reason for the postal snafu. Return was with USPS.
