All those who refuse flu shots should be quarantined until the flu season has past.

After all, there are many of us they can kill with their selfishness.

See, I don't quite agree with this point. I too have a bad immune system and while I do get flu shots (and my family does too for me), I think it would be my responsibility to quarantine myself if I felt that scared.

I'm not afraid of the flu, I am more afraid of those who said they don't care about the civil rights of others.

The civil rights of others?

How does not getting a flu shot violate the civil rights of others? LOL

You make way too much sense for some people to comprehend.

Stay home since you're so afraid of Ebola. Find a little shade in your backyard and relax with an iced tea.

Gotcha, as the thread went on I realized what you meant.

You are quarantining yourself to protect yourself from OTHERS- like Jig Saw, who refuses to get the flu shot. SHE is the one who could easily be contagious. So you are defending yourself from people like her by quarantining when you feel lousy and sick.

Thank you. BTW, I wrote to you, hoping you were doing better, but I've had my own issue for a couple of days so I didn't get to see a response.. I was concerned about the pneumonia. You sound pretty good, I hope that means you've turned the corner Smile

If we were to quarantine all that don't get a flu shot, the US would come to a standstill. Currently only 40% of the population get the flu shot.

Maybe the rest should be given the shot at gunpoint.
