Should I clean my house?

Yesterday was my birthday. My house is never dirty, but it is certainly neat and orderly. I don't feel like cleaning. I don't have a cleaning lady. What should I do? I have to admit, I like a neat home. What to do. What to do. Don't I deserve a week off?
