Is anyone experiencing a shortage of medications?  I saw Pfizer had storm damage and that will be a worry.  My physician indicated he's seeing shortage of anesthesia and that concerns me.  Any experience?

No. I keep a good supply of Friuli GRAPPA.

Purely for medicinal purposes of course.

My nephew and his family live in Fruili Giulia. 😊. Everything is good there.

I had a kidney stone that took 4 days to pass. One of the drugs the Doctor prescribed was not available at my local CVS.  And the pharmacist said no CVS in the region was able to get the drug. The pharmacist said he had been unable to get the drug for over 2 weeks.

So he had to call the Doctor for a substitute.

Are you Italian or of Italian heritage?

My grandson lives in one of my homes in the Friuli region. He’s going to University in Udine.

@Twins Mom

I was watching the local news a few days back, and they did a story on Pfizer. Supposedly there will be no supply chain issues, due to the storm damage

Yes, my grandparents on both sides were from Siracusa in Sicily. My nephew was born here in NYC and retired from the US Air Force last year and decided to stay after being stationed at Aviano for almost 20 years (deployed from there to many other places). His wife is Friulian and speaks that as well as Italian and English. My nephew is dark like the rest of us and his wife is a beautiful blonde with green eyes. It is such a gorgeous part of the country. I love it there. Here's another coincidence! My great niece (whose name is Giulia) just graduated from high school in Pordenone and may be going to the University in Udine for education!

Grappa is like a brandy but made of the skins of wine grapes. It's wayyyy too strong for me but I always bring it back from Italy when I go for family and friends.
