Re: Shopping on the internet

I would never purchase mattresses, food, or a new perfume on line or from the Q.

There is no name brand shoe store within 90 miles of here. So I take my chances. I loved it when clogs were all that seemed to be popular, those days are over.

No to online shoes, several styles of pants,  food, underwear, plants, flowers.  Probably more, but can't think of them right now.

@ChynnaBlue, thanks for mentioning Instacart and Amazon Fresh. What wonderful options for us singles who live alone and get sick! Unfortunately, by the time they come to my area, I will probably be ashes, haha. Still, awesome service!

Re: Shopping on the internet

BUY SHOES ONLINE ALL THE TIME, MOSTLY ON ZULILY AND RARELY HAVE ANY THAT ARE A POOR FIT.  I GUESS SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST EASY TO FIT.  ADMITEDLY, SINCE I HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES, I DONT DO A LOT OF WALKING IN THEM.

I am SO fortunate to live in an area and time when these things are available, @MaggieMack. Hopefully they or someone similar will get to your area soon!

Re: Shopping on the internet

I buy a lot online than ever before.  The only things I wouldn't buy are cosmetics, car, real estate.  I've purchased cosmetics and end up keeping it if it doesn't work, so no more.

My new favorite is cat food.  I can order it cheaper on Amazon than at the local stores.

Re: Shopping on the internet

I bought shoes online like the Ryka sneakers I get on QVC. Love them! Also I have gotten boots on QVC and a pair of sandals. I take the same size no matter what in shoes so they were all fine.

What I wont buy online are big expensive items like electronics. There is no way I will take a chance in having to pay to send those back.

Also I bought food 2X on QVC, but no more. Prices are outrageous on Qs food.
