Shopping in the Apple Store

Did you know that you now have to have an appointment to enter the Apple Store????? I had a couple of simple questions about my IPad Mini and happened to be in the mall where the Apple Store is. Couldn't get in unless I had made an appointment (on the computer, not on the phone) or wait in line outside the store. There were maybe 20 people waiting outside, sitting on stools or lawnchairs. Ludicrous! It certainly changed my mind about buying anything Apple!
