ShopNBC does NOT reimburse shipping when returning an item

I have only purchased a few items from ShopNBC but I had no idea that they do not reimburse you for the shipping charges when you return an item. So not only do you pay for the return shipping, you also get stuck for the original shipping charge!

That is the end of that shopping channel for me.
