Shop NBC and Comcast problem

I have Comcast and haven't been able to get Shop NBC for about a week. The following appears on my screen: One Moment Please - This channel should be available shortly (Code: SOaOO). I called Comcast and was told it wasn't a problem with them. They are contacting Shop NBC programming.

Anyone else with this problem?
