I called Shop NBC as I ordered a ring from them and sent it back. They sent me an email stating that their vendor received it but until they receive it I will not receive refund which could take 3 weeks!!!!!! The rep was nasty when I said you know I sent back the ring. I took their 5 easy payments and another is due in another week. I said dont you dare take another payment. She said well its your credit!!!! I was shocked and will never buy from that place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whats it gonna take 3 months for them to get the ring back???????
