Just like our own, other entities' schedules can change. It's just life.
Not a big concern for me as I have a set number of programs that I watch on a regular basis. I only noticed the change on ShopHQ because I do search what's on the shopping channels, I just wondered if anyone else noticed that's all. It doesn't bother my life believe me !
