I received an email about a week ago from SHOPHQ stating that effective immediately, if anyone had valuepays they would have to pay them off/make other arrangements. I think I still have the email if you would like me to post it here. I thought that was going to be a PITA for many people!!
Probably if your using their credit card. I'm not.
If I have to pay it all off , I will, just thought the pain could be doled out in little segments. LOL

@SharkE if you used your Shop HQ card to purchase something on Value Pay prior to mid-April, you will need to go online and change it to another credit card. The Shop HQ card is no longer being honored. They may not be honoring value pays on any credit card for new purchases now.

They had some nice sales going on, I had a few things in my cart and was about ready to order but then did not. . . coward that I am. Looked today and my cart is empty!

Gone. I believe the value pay option ended a couple weeks ago. Whenever it happened, it's over.
Discounts are about 70%, so paying full price isn't that bad, if you've found something special and really want to purchase it.

I think, though goodness knows it's cryptic, she was trying to make a payment on an existing Value Pay, not make a new purchase using value pay.
At this point, once you find a solution, I would pay all the remaining payments and be done with it. Call the number on the back of the credit card you used for the purchase.
