I think someone mentions it every week.  Their shipping charges are the highest in the industry.  I think they still have that program where you get your shipping charges reimbursed.   Of course, you have to pay for it and it's automatic.

Can't be worse than any other shopping network, especially QVC @Kachina624 .  All of these networks have their problems.  The only one I'm dying to shop at is the Gem Network Channel.  I won't even presume to know what their shipping fees are.


@gertrudecloset   Oh yes, they're much worse.  Not bungling incompetence but deliberate fraud.  Posters have come here with experiences that make what others do pale by comparison.  I won't go near the place.

Well, I still purchase at ShopHQ because they have beautiful jewelry that is found nowhere else.  When they offer coupons, there are some great sale prices available.

 

Yes, the shipping charge is higher than QVC, but most of my items arrive in two days with expedited service. 

 

I know how costly it is to purchase insurance, so I cannot quibble about the charges.

 

I have had issues with both Shop HQ and QVC,  but in the end everything has been resolved, it is never personal, and life moves on.

I've never read anything fraudulent about the gem shopping network.  They have beautiful jewelry pieces you won't see coming and going.  I just have to save up to purchase something beautiful from them @Kachina624

SHQ also charges tax on supplements which we dont pay tax on here in MD, they refuse to remove it , so I refuse to buy any of their supplements

i look at the TOTAL price of an item i am buying.

if it is worth that total, then i buy it.

i personally dont find the shipping fees to be outrageous in general because i ship out packages often and know what a small fortune it costs. the fees that the shopping networks charge is not out of line at all.

CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE YESTERDAY FOR ASSISTANCE AND WAS TOLD I HAD A 138 MINUTE WAIT TIME.  THINKING I HEARD THAT WRONG, I CALLED BACK AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING.  THAT IS NUTS.  I AM DONE WITH THEM.
