Yes CNN just announced that one person has passed.  They don't know for sure if it has to do with the celebration as it happened in a parking garage.

Consider the source......

@snipsnapsnur I didn't hear it on CNN.

Did you say:  Yes CNN just announced that one person.......?

@snipsnapsnur - no, that wasn't me.  I said the Fire Dept is reporting one dead.  Please go back and look at my response.

I saw the headlines but I didn't have the heart to read the details.  I'm in Boston and I saw many of those victory parades for the Patriots and Red  Sox.  My office bldg was situated so that we could see it all from the upper floors.  So exciting.  So much fun.  There's nothing like it.  That people would take advantage of a joyful day to commit such violence is just heartbreaking.

How sad!!!

Unfortunately,  anyone can get a gun.  And, just watch the news.....some aren't afraid to use them.

Great way to say to thank you to your team for doing a great job. The team had already left the area when the shootings began.

@gidgetgh   I'm so sorry you were blamed for my post.  It's too bad this had to be politicized.  Mourn the dead and pray for the injured, don't politicize the hardship.

@luvmybeetle - it is absolutely no problem at all.  It is such horrible news.

Well of course that happened, it's America. Mass shootings are even more American than the Super Bowl.

Anniversary of the Parkland massacre too
