Be wary of Shoe Mall return shipping. I ordered shoes and used my Paypal as it was one of the choices. ( could have used Mastercard etc. ) The shoes shipped free but when I returned them, I found out I couldn't use the return label ( which would cost $ 6.95 ) because I had paid by Paypal! I had to go to the PO and paid $ 12.71 which included insurance. I called and spoke to a CS higher up and she was most snippy. If one goes to the return shipping, it is only there that they say you can't use the prepaid $ 6.95 label. No where does it say when ordering that using Paypal requires you pay extra. This lady did say she would send me a check for $ 12.71 if I sent in the sales receipt from the post office. This was such a hassle. I won't order from them again.
