Shipping

I order item on 6/1 and as of five minutes ago item is still showing "in process". Is this normal for such slow shipping?? Other sites I order from, item arrives in 3 to 5 days.

It's hours away from 5 days since ordered and item has not even left the building yet...very, very frustrating!! Maybe that is why I haven't ordered in 3 years!!
