I ordered a couple chains from the Q and was surprised I paid full shipping for both even though I bought them at the same time and they came to the same address, the order number was the same for both chains. I assumed they would ship together. So, I guess the new shipping isn't that great, has the policy of saving on shipping by buying more than one and shipping to the same address changed? They were shipped separate and days apart. If you are selling the chains together on TV why aren't they together in the same warehouse and shipped out together in one small envelope? I was told they were coming from two different warehouses. Do we now have to call to find out where they are before we order? Doesn't appear to be cost savings for us the customer but a chance to charge more per item.
