Shipping times

I am so frustrated with shipping times on most QVC items. I ordered a pair of pants on 8/11/13, and the EDD is 8/21/13--ten days to receive a pair of pants. They are shipping UPS (why not postal service), and the tracking is still listing it as at the UPS facility. Love QVC but hate waiting 10-14 days for my items.
