Shipping Notification question and comment

Haven't ordered in a while so perhaps things have changed.

I ordered an item from the silver clearance Antonella did last week, I did receive an acknowledgement email but no your order has shipped email.

I checked the status last night and it was shipped but there is no trackable info at all, just tells me it is with the shipping partner.

It this something new or recent.

I assume shipping partner is code for slow pony transfer to Post office {#emotions_dlg.mad}

This is nothing unusual, I think it depends on whether USPS updates the information or not, I have a similar order, it shows sitting at the Philadelphia PO since 11/10, it is also a jewelry item!
